In-Depth Manuscript Assessment
Let's truly analyse your story in detail and help get you one step closer to being published.
Ethicool's editorial team will review your manuscript, and provide you with the following:
A two-page summary of feedback, highlighting:
- The strengths of your story;
- Plot issues, and/or anything else that could be refined;
- An assessment of your character development, along with tips for improvement;
- Any issues with point of view, pacing, writing style or dialogue, with suggestions for improvement;
- A recommendation for Ethicool's all-important Action Page;
- A rating on the potential of the story to be published by Ethicool.
The review will also include a 30-minute conversation with Ethicool's Editor to unpack Ethicool's feedback in more detail and answer any questions.
Note: Undertaking a manuscript assessment does not guarantee that your story will be shortlisted or published by Ethicool or elsewhere, but it will definitely improve your chances, as well as provide you with valuable feedback to support your ongoing journey toward publication.

For all other countries, we have exclusive distributors who wholesale our books to retailers.

We publish our books in both formats. If it's hardcover, it will be noted clearly in the product description - otherwise, you can assume it's softcover.
Commonly newborns through to seven year-olds, but we like to think we're equally loved by very big kids, too!

Ethicool HQ is in Tasmania, Australia, but we have a large warehouse presence in Berkeley, USA, servicing the northern hemisphere.
When we have new release titles on the way (i.e. in the middle of being printed or shipped to our warehouses), we put them up for pre-order. It usually means they're a few weeks or months away from being delivered to customers.
